Protruding handles can be a problem when fitting
screens to the rear of PVCu,
aluminium and metal casement windows.
To overcome this a sub-frame is made from a solid
plastic extrusion, the frame is secured to the back
of the window, the screen is attached to the face
of the sub-frame by hinges of turn buttons.
Each screen has a built in nylon brush pile in the
back that crushes against the sub-frame to form
the perfect seal.
Screens can be made to open horizontally or vertically.
Screens and plastic sub-frames are available in
White and Brown.
